As the owner of M C Border Security Inc. I have 33 years of policing backgroundwith the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, 22 of which dealt with covert installation, design, and testing of a vast variety of technologies. I have set up, managed and facilitated four international conferences on “Collaborative Border Security” and maintained and developed equipment and technology for four hundred miles of the US, Canadian Border.
